I began my career as a Trainee Solicitor with Lovell White Durrant (now Hogan Lovells) before joining Olswang in 1999 as a Corporate / Commercial Lawyer within a team focused entirely on dot.com online businesses.
I joined Kemp Little in 2002, becoming Partner in 2007 and Equity Partner in 2011, developing the firm alongside the growth of the overall technology ecosystem in the UK. Kemp Little became the UK’s market-leading TMT-focused law firm and, alongside fellow equity partners, I sold the firm in 2021 to become the backbone of Deloitte Legal.
In the Deloitte Legal Corporate team after the landmark acquisition, I led the focus on end-to-end M&A, providing clients with a holistic acquisition solution combining AI, technology and corporate legal services.
